How is plastic processed?

Our company provides injection molding services using green energy from renewable sources. Thermoplastic polymers are melted and then injected at high pressure into a closed mold. After the mold cools, we use extractors to remove the finished piece. This is made possible by our 22 injection presses with tonnages ranging from 135 to 1150.

Don’t have your own mold?

Our workshop offers the possibility of building a new one. We initially create a qualification sample, which undergoes quality control testing before being presented to the customer for final approval. Additionally, to ensure a 360° service, we perform regular maintenance on the mold to address wear caused by continuous use.
